Services we offer.
The sessions set by our trainers will vary depending on the needs of the you, our clients. Ability groups will be formed and this will determine the type of session you take part in. However everyone will be together, the intensity and effort will vary on your own personal fitness and what you feel comfortable taking part in. Nobody will ever force you to take part in something you don't wish to.
We offer a service and your personal trainer will deliver this in the form of a running/jogging based session. These sessions will feature varied types of workouts and will differ from week to week however we aim to make sure you have worked hard and most importantly enjoyed yourself.
An example session that you may take part in is in as follows:
• Warm up with a 5 minute light jog
• A routine of stretches demonstrated by your personal trainer
• 5x30 second striding efforts with a 2 minute walking recovery
• A 2-3 minute light jog will follow
• 5 minute rest
• A 1 mile run which could be timed on some occasions to help keep track of progress
• 5 minute gentle jog as a cool down
Sessions are running most days each week and if you are interesting in joining one of our groups you are more than welcome, whether you're part of a business or just an individual looking for a group to run with, you are more than welcome to attend and meet new people. All you need to do pay via our website at least 24 hours in advance and then just turn up.

Place: Loughborough Dynamo's, Nanpantan Road, LE11 3YE
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 6pm
London - Bushy Park, Teddington
Place: Bushy Park Main Gate
Day: Sundays
Time: 5pm
